2025 Annual Street Resurfacing Project
PROJECT SCOPE: The Project is more specifically defined in the Contract Documents, but generally includes: furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform the construction and installation of the following: surface preparation, pavement failure repair, crack sealing, slurry seal, removal of pavement markings and striping, installation of new pavement markings and striping, traffic control, and other items not specifically mentioned herein, and doing all appurtenant work in place and ready for use, all as shown in the Specifications, Technical Provisions, and other Contract Documents entitled as shown above, now on file in the office of the Public Works Director, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars.

PRE-BID MEETING: Contractors bidding the project are required to attend one of the mandatory pre-bid conferences prior to bidding. The pre-bid conferences are scheduled for March 6, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., and March 11, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. and will be located at the Dublin City Hall, 100 Civic Plaza. Bids will not be accepted from contractors that do not attend one of the pre-bid meetings. Sub-contractors are not required to attend the pre-bid conference.
