COST ESTIMATE: The City’s estimated total construction cost for this Project is between $7,200,000 – $7,700,000. The estimate is intended to serve merely as a guideline of the magnitude of work. Neither the bidders nor the contractor shall be entitled to claims because of any inaccuracy in the estimated cost range.
MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: Contractors bidding the project are required to attend the mandatory
pre-bid conference prior to bidding. The pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 14, 2023 at 2:00 P.M.
and June 22, 2023 at 10:00 A.M., and will be located at the Project Site – Parcel 21 6501 Rutherford Drive.
Bids will not be accepted from contractors that do not attend one of the pre-bid meetings. Sub-contractors
are not required to attend the pre-bid conference.
